What 56 includes

• This division includes the hosting with complete meals or drinks fit for immediate consumption, regardless of whether it is traditional Restaurants, self-service restaurants and Restaurants to Take-away (Take-Away), whether in permanent or temporary facilities, facilities and whether with or without Seating. Decisive is the fact that meals fit for immediate consumption, and not the type of device, you will be offered.

What 56 excludes

• The preparation of meals not suitable or intended for immediate consumption, or of prepared foods not regarded as meals (see divisions 10 and 11);
• The sale of non-self-prepared food not regarded as meals, or of meals not suitable for immediate consumption (see section G);
• Coffee machines and vending machines selling self-prepared food and beverages (see division 47).
