What 59 includes

• This division includes the production of the game and other movies, Videos, or audio-visual works, for direct projection in theatres, for broadcast or Streaming; supporting post-production activities (such as film editing, cutting, dubbing, or conversion to Streaming Video formats); the rental and distribution of films and other audio-visual productions to other sectors of the economy, as well as the screening of films or other audio-visual productions. Included in the purchase and sale of distribution is also right for cinema films and other audio-visual productions.
• This division also includes the implementation of sound recordings, i.e., the production of master recordings, releasing, promoting and distributing sound recordings, the publishing of music, in conjunction with the direct sales to the Public via Streaming, and Downloads, as well as the provision of services in connection with the audio recording in a Studio or elsewhere.

What 59 excludes

• This division does not include the provision of streaming services and downloads not related to the publishing of content (see Division 60), activities of self-employed musicians, actors, directors, set designers and supporting activities for the performing arts (see Section S), wholesale and retail trade in audio and video recordings on physical media (see Section G) and video rental (see Section O).
