What 70.10.2 includes

• This subclass encompasses the management of companies within a holding company whose investments consist primarily of insurance companies with active insurance business and pension funds. These entities oversee and manage other units within the company or group; that is, they act as a central hub, assume the strategic and organizational planning and decision-making functions of the company or group, exercise operational control, and manage the day-to-day operations of their affiliated units. These activities are the same regardless of the specific activities of the managed units (financing, production, trading, etc.).
