What 70.100 includes

• Supervision and management of other units in the company or group, i.e. acting as the head office; responsible for planning and decision-making of a strategic and organizational nature, operational control and management of the daily activities of the controlled units. This activity is the same regardless of the type of activity carried out in the controlled units (financing, manufacturing, trading, etc.).
• Includes activities in: • central administrative offices • corporate office • district and regional offices • headquarters for managing subsidiaries
• Planning and decision-making of subsidiary operations, i.e. this code refers to holding companies/parent companies that function as the headquarters of all or part of a group
