What 70.10.3 includes

• This subclass comprises the management activities of other holding companies (excluding those with predominantly financial shareholdings and those with active insurance business). These entities oversee and manage other units of the company or group; that is, they act as a central office, assume the strategic or organizational planning and decision-making functions of the company or group, exercise operational control, and manage the day-to-day business of their affiliated units. These activities are the same regardless of the activities of the managed units (financing, production, trading, etc.).
