What 77.11.2 includes

• Rental and operating lease of motor vehicles with a permissible total weight of 3.5 t or less without a driver, regardless of the rental period or payment method (excluding car sharing): • Passenger cars, motorhomes and other light motor vehicles, without a driver
• Rental and leasing of motorcycles

What 77.11.2 excludes

• Rental of motor vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of 3.5 t or less, with driver, see 49.33.0
• Rental of motor vehicles with a maximum authorized mass of 3.5 t or less by means of carsharing, see 77.11.1
