What 38.12Y includes

• The collection of waste, hazardous (e.g. explosive, oxidizing, flammable, toxic, irritant, harmful, carcinogenic, corrosive, infectious, or other) and wastes containing dangerous substances for human health and for the environment. These activities may also include the identification, treatment, packaging and labeling of waste for transport.
• Collection of hazardous waste, for example: • waste oil from ships or garages • paints and varnishes • biohazard waste • hazardous waste of animal origin • nuclear waste • pharmaceuticals expired • used batteries
• Operation of facilities for the transfer of hazardous waste
