What 38 includes

• This division includes the collection, pre-processing it for the purposes of recovery or disposal, the recovery and disposal of waste, and their organization. The collection of waste, which is used only to the valuation or the subsequent disposal of the waste collected by the same unit, must be seen as an activity recovery or waste disposal
• This division also includes : The local hauling of waste materials and the operation of facilities of recovery, that is to say, installations that transform the waste, including the debris, sorted or not, raw first side
• The activities of the units through the implementation of the obligations of the responsibility for the management of waste for the waste producers initial. These organizations have generally the responsibility of the waste treatment, which is delegated by the original producers of products or packaging.
• The activities may include operating systems, return, collection and recovery used packaging or packaging waste, or the acceptance and processing of the products returned or used.
