What 38 includes

• This division includes the collection, pre-treatment, to recovery or disposal, recovery and disposal of waste, including the organization of these activities. The collection of waste, which is used exclusively for the subsequent recycling or disposal of waste collected by the same unit, is to be regarded as waste recycling or disposal.
• Local Transport of waste and the operation of plants for material recovery, i.e. the plants, the waste, including scrap, secondary raw materials, convert, regardless of whether they are grouped or not the activities of the units, which comply with the obligations of the producer responsibility for waste management in the order of the original Waste producer. Such organizations tend to take on the responsibility for the treatment of waste, which were transferred to them from the original Manufacturing of products or packaging. The activities can waste the operation of the return, collection and recovery systems for used packaging, or packaging, or the acceptance and treatment of returned or used products.
