What 38.3 includes

• This group includes the disposal of non-hazardous, and hazardous waste. The thermal treatment without energy recovery, landfilling, are set Free in the waters, and the permanent storage of waste. Also in this group, the treatment of various types of waste prior to elimination by different means (for example, the treatment of organic waste for the purpose of elimination; the treatment and disposal of toxic live or dead animals and other contaminated waste; the treatment and disposal of low-level radioactive waste from hospitals, etc.).
