What 38.3 includes

• This group includes: - disposal of both non-hazardous and hazardous waste, which includes thermal treatment without energy recovery, storage, discharge into water bodies, and permanent storage of waste, - processing of various forms of waste performed prior to disposal using various methods (e.g., processing of organic waste for disposal), - processing and disposal of infected live or dead animals and other contaminated waste, - processing and disposal of low-level radioactive waste from hospitals, - burying or ploughing waste, - disposal of used equipment to eliminate harmful substances and materials.
