What 38.2 includes

• This group includes the pre-treatment and recycling of non-hazardous, and hazardous waste. For this purpose, the material recovery, energy recovery by thermal treatment of waste, and other forms of waste utilization. The pre-treatment prior to recovery of various types of waste by different methods is also included in this group.
