What 38 includes

• This division includes: - collection, pre-treatment prior to recovery or disposal, recovery, disposal of waste, and its management. Waste collection related to recovery or disposal, performed by the same economic entity, is not classified separately. - material recovery, which involves the processing of waste, including scrap, even if sorted into secondary raw materials. - activities of economic entities fulfilling producer responsibility obligations for waste management on behalf of the original waste producers.
