What 69 includes

• This division includes legal representation of a party's interest against another party, whether or not before courts or other judicial bodies by persons who are members of the bar, or under their supervision (e.g. the council and representation in civil cases, advice and representation in criminal proceedings, the council and the representation in the context of labour disputes).
• The activities of this division can also be performed online.
• This division also includes the preparation of legal documents (e.g. statutes, the partnership agreements or similar documents related to the creation of companies, patents and copyrights, preparation of deeds, wills, acts, trustees, etc) as well as other activities of notaries public, civil law notaries, commissioners (bailiffs) of justice, arbitrators, examiners and referees.
