What 69.10.Z includes

• Legal representation of the interests of one party against another, before courts or other adjudicating bodies, conducted by members of the bar or under their supervision: • advice and representation in civil matters, • advice and representation in criminal matters, • advice and representation in connection with labor disputes,
• Legal advice and general consultation, preparation of legal documents in the following areas: • statutes, contracts, agreements, and other documents related to conducting business, • patent and copyright documentation, • preparation of other legal documents, such as wills and powers of attorney,
• Activities of notaries, bailiffs, arbitrators, patent attorneys, legal counsels,
• Legal mediation activities,
• Activities of appointed legal guardians, without providing home care.

• Social mediation, classified in 88.99.Z,
• Activities of appointed legal guardians, including home care, classified in the appropriate subclasses of division 87.
