What 77.52Y includes

• The intermediation of the rental and leasing of other tangible property and intangible assets, non-financial, for the relationship of the customers and providers of services, in return for a salary or a commission, without the intermediary provides services of rental and leasing, which are the subject of the intermediation. These intermediation activities can be carried out on digital platforms or through channels that are non-numeric (including face-to-face, door-to-door, phone, mail, etc). The fees or commissions may be paid by the customer, or by the provider of the service of rental or lease. Income from intermediation activities can include other sources of income (e.g. income from the sale of advertising space).
• Provision of a service intermediation between households who offer their property for rental, and the households who rent these properties (for example, lawn mowers, ladders, bicycles)
