What 77.52.Z includes

• This subclass includes brokerage services for the rental and leasing of other tangible and intangible assets, which involves connecting customers and service providers for a fee or commission, without the intermediary providing the rental and leasing services themselves. Brokerage services may be conducted electronically (via the Internet, digital platforms, email) or otherwise (via direct contact, door-to-door, telephone, postal, etc.). The fee or commission may be paid by the customer or the provider of the rental and leasing service. Brokerage revenue may include other sources of revenue (e.g., advertising revenue). This subclass also includes brokerage services between households offering their goods/goods for rent and households renting these goods/goods (e.g., lawn mowers, ladders, bicycles).
