What 77.52.0 includes

• This subclass comprises the brokering of rental and leasing of other movable property and non-financial intangible assets, where customers and service providers are brought together for a fee or on a commission basis, with the brokering entity not itself providing the brokered rental and leasing services. These brokering activities can be carried out on digital platforms or via non-digital channels (including in person, door-to-door, by telephone, by mail, etc.). The brokering entity receives the fee or commission either from the customers or the providers of the rental and leasing services. Revenue from the brokering activity may also include other sources of income (e.g., revenue from the sale of advertising space).
• Brokering between households offering their goods for rent and households renting the goods (e.g., lawnmowers, ladders, bicycles).
