What 77.520 includes

• Intermediation of the rental and leasing of other tangible goods and non-financial intangible assets, by bringing together clients and service providers for a fee or commission, without the intermediary providing the rental or leasing services mediated. Such intermediation can be carried out on digital platforms or through non-digital channels (through personal meetings, including door-to-door, by telephone, mail, etc.). The fee or commission is paid either by the client or by the provider of the assets. Revenues for the intermediation may include other sources of income, e.g. revenue from the sale of advertising space.
• Intermediation between households offering goods for rent and households renting the goods, e.g. lawnmowers, ladders, bicycles
