What 61.100 includes

• Operation, maintenance or access to facilities for the transmission of voice, data, text, audio and video using wired or wireless telecommunications infrastructure or via satellite, including: • operation and maintenance of switching and transmission facilities to provide point-to-point communications via land cables, microwaves or a combination of land cables and satellite links • operation of cable distribution systems (e.g. for the distribution of data and television signals) with or without the provision of video-on-demand services to customers through third parties • provision of internet access through infrastructure operator • maintenance and operation of mobile and other wireless telecommunications networks (including paging systems) • delivery of video, audio or text programs received from cable networks, local television stations or radio networks to consumers via satellite systems directly to the home or via internet protocol television (the companies reported here generally do not produce program material) • provision of voice over internet protocol (voip) through the infrastructure operator.
