What 61.10Y includes

• Operating, maintaining or providing access to facilities for the transmission of voice, data, text, sound and video by means of telecommunications infrastructure wired, wireless, or satellite, including: • operation and maintenance of facilities of the switching and transmission to provide communications point-to-point land lines, by microwave or by a combination of landlines and satellite link-ups • operation of distribution systems, wired (for example for the distribution of data and television signals) with or without provision to customers of third-party services on-demand video • provision of internet access by the operator of the infrastructure • maintenance and operation of cellular networks and other wireless telecommunications networks (including paging systems) • supply to consumers of video programs, sound or received text of wired networks, of local television stations or radio networks via satellite systems broadcast direct-to-home or internet protocol television (the units classified here do not generally produce no hardware programming) • provision of voice over IP services (VOIP) by the operator of the infrastructure of The transmission facilities that provide these activities may be based on a single technology or a combination of technologies.
