What 61.10.2 includes

• Operation, maintenance, or provision of access to facilities for the transmission of voice, data, text, sound, and images over wireless or satellite-based telecommunications infrastructure, including: • Operation and maintenance of switching and transmission equipment for providing point-to-point communications over microwave and/or satellite links • Provision of wireless internet access by the infrastructure operator • Maintenance and servicing of mobile and other wireless telecommunications networks (including paging systems) • Transmission of picture, sound, or text programs received from local television or broadcasting networks to consumers via direct-to-home satellite systems or wireless Internet Protocol Television / "Internet television" (the units classified here generally do not produce program material) • Provision of wireless IP telephony (VoIP / voice transmission over the wireless Internet) by the infrastructure operator.
• The transmission equipment may be based on one or more wireless or satellite-based technologies.
