What 61 includes

• The provision of telecommunications services, i.e., the transmission of voice, data, text, sound, and images. The transmission equipment may be based on a single or multiple technologies. The activities listed in this division have in common that content is transmitted, but no content is produced or edited. In the case of the transmission of television signals, this may also include the bundling and division of entire television programs (produced according to Division 60) into program packages.
• The provision of machine-to-machine communication services (automated exchange of information between terminal devices)
• The transmission of audio or video data without having acquired the rights to the audio or video content.

• Production and post-production of feature films, audiovisual media, television programs and sound recordings, including services for converting audio and video content into streaming formats, see Division 59
