What 24.20.2 includes

• Manufacture of seamless precision steel tubes from hotrolled or hotextruded tube blanks by further processing, by cold drawing or cold rolling of tubes with a circular crosssection, and by cold drawing only for tubes with a noncircular crosssection and hollow sections;
• Manufacture of welded precision tubes with an outside diameter of 406.4 mm or less by hot or cold forming of hot or coldrolled strip and longitudinally welded, supplied as welded or further processed, by cold drawing or cold rolling, or coldformed in the case of tubes with a noncircular crosssection.

What 24.20.2 excludes

• Production of seamless steel tubes by centrifugal casting, see 24.52.0
