What 24.20.3 includes

• Manufacture of seamless precision steel tubes from hotrolled or hotextruded tube blanks by further processing, by cold drawing or cold rolling of tubes with a circular crosssection, and by cold drawing only for tubes with a noncircular crosssection and hollow sections;
• Manufacture of pipe fittings, pipe closures, and pipe connectors for butt welding (e.g., pipe bends, reducers) by processing hotrolled flat steel products;
• Manufacture of threaded and other pipe fittings, pipe closures, and pipe connectors made of steel;
• Manufacture of plain flanges and flanges with forged shoulders by processing hotrolled flat steel products.
