What 59.20-1 includes

• The recording of original masters for sound reproduction on any medium and for any purpose, including advertising
• The activity of reproducing, promoting, and distributing recordings of musical compositions for wholesale and retail trade or directly to the public. These activities may or may not be integrated with the production of original master recordings in the same unit. If not, the unit that carries out these activities must obtain the reproduction and distribution rights from the record label of the original master recordings
