What 11.01.Z includes

• Production of distilled alcoholic beverages: vodka, whiskey, brandy, gin, liqueurs, and the like,
• Production of distilled alcoholic beverages, such as "mixed drinks" and the like,
• Blending of distilled spirits,
• Production of ethyl alcohol intended for consumption after processing.

What 11.01.Z excludes

• Production of undistilled alcoholic beverages, see classes 11.02.Z to 11.05.Z,
• Production of synthetic ethyl alcohol and ethyl alcohol of agricultural origin not intended for consumption, see 20.14.Z,
• Production of ethyl alcohol from fermented raw materials, see 20.14.Z,
• Bottling and labeling, see 46.34.A, 46.34.B (if performed as part of wholesale trade), and 82.92.Z (if performed on a contract basis).
