What 39.00.3 includes

• Decontamination of soils and groundwater at the site of pollution, either in situ or ex situ (e.g., using mechanical, chemical, or biological methods)
• Decontamination of industrial plants or sites (excluding nuclear plants and sites)
• Decontamination and cleaning of surface waters following accidental pollution (e.g., by collecting pollutants or applying chemicals)
• Remediation of oil and other pollution on land, water surfaces, in seas and oceans, including coastal areas
• Clearance of landmines and similar hazards, including on-site detonation
• Carbon capture measures
• Remediation of mining sites
• Other specialized environmental protection measures
