What 53.20.2 includes

• Collection, sorting, transport, and delivery (national or international) of (postal-like) parcels weighing up to 31.5 kg (in some cases up to 70 kg) by companies not operating under a universal service obligation. Parcel services are characterized by a high degree of standardization, automation, and transport via distribution centers. Transport can be carried out in various ways, using either the company's own (private) vehicles or public transport.
• Express services, where parcels are delivered particularly quickly with a guaranteed transit time. Transport typically takes place via distribution centers.
