What 53.300 includes

• The provision of postal and courier services by bringing together clients with service providers for a fee or commission without the intermediary performing the postal and courier services provided. Such provision may be carried out on digital platforms or through non-digital channels (through personal meetings, by telephone, by post, etc.). The fee or commission is paid either by the client or by the provider of the postal and courier service. Revenues from the provision of the provision may include other sources of income, such as income from the sale of advertising space.
• All intermediary services performed by third parties to the postal service provider's access point(s) and provided to business and household clients
• Operation of online platforms that allow people to reserve a grocery delivery
