What 53.20.3 includes

• Collection, transport, and timely, personal delivery of shipments without transshipment or detours, and with permanent accompaniment by courier service companies that do not operate on the basis of a universal service obligation. Transport can be carried out in various ways using the company's own (private) vehicles or public transport.
