What 53.10.Z includes

• This subclass covers postal activities covered by the universal service obligation (USO) provided by one or more designated universal service providers. These activities utilize the universal service infrastructure, including retail outlets, sorting and processing facilities, and carrier routes for collecting and delivering mail. Delivery may include letter items, i.e., letters, postcards, printed matter (newspapers, magazines, direct mail, and the like), small parcels, goods, or documents. This subclass also includes other essential services related to universal service.
• The collection, sorting, transportation, and delivery (domestic or international) of letter items and parcels provided by a USO public operator, using one or more private or public means of transport,
• The collection of letter items and parcels from mailboxes or post offices.
