What 64.19.3 includes

• The activities of institutions affiliated with the regional and specialist associations of the Federal Association of German Cooperative Banks (Bundesverband der Deutschen Volksbanken und Raiffeisenbanken e. V.), which conduct standard banking business primarily with their members, but also with the general public. Almost exclusively operating as registered cooperatives, including some credit institutions in other legal forms. They are referred to as Volksbanken, Genossenschaftsbanken, Raiffeisenbanken, Raiffeisenkassen, Spar- und Darlehenskassen, Spar- und Kreditbanken, Beamtenbanken, Bankvereine, Vereinsbanken.
