A. These activities may also be carried out by non-governmental units.
B. Social Security Administration This refers to fundraising and administrative affairs for social security plans provided by the government, and includes social security administration performed by the government through transfer payments regarding diseases, accidents, unemployment, retirement, and other apparent risks that may cause income loss.
