What P includes

• This section Includes activities of a governmental nature, normally carried out by public administration. This includes the enactment and judicial interpretation of laws and the their enforcement mechanisms, as well as the administration of programs related activities legislative, taxation, national defence, the maintenance of order and public security, the immigration services, foreign affairs, and administration of public programs.
• The legal status and institutional, is not, in itself, the determining factor for the ranking of a activity in this section, but rather the fact that this activity is of a kind referred to in paragraph previous. This means that activities classified elsewhere in the NAF does not fall within the scope of this section, even if they are carried out by public entities (for example, the administration of the school system, that is to say, the rules, regulations, controls, programs falls under this section, but not the teaching itself (see section Q), while the hospital, a prison or a hospital, military is listed in health (see section R)). Similarly, some activities described in this section may be exercised by units of non-governmental organizations.
