Description
1. Overview This refers to industrial activities that produce or supply information and cultural products; industrial activities that provide means for transmitting or supplying information and cultural products; telecommunications service activities; and industrial activities that provide information technology, data processing, and other information services. This includes publishing, software production, development, and supply; production and distribution of video and audio recordings; radio and television broadcasting; supply of broadcast programs; telecommunications; information technology, and other information service activities.
A. Publishing Business This refers to industrial activities that publish general books such as educational books, comics, novels, and essay collections, as well as periodicals such as newspapers, weekly magazines, monthly magazines, and yearbooks, or publish software. Publications may be created directly by the company or may be published through purchase or contract with creators produced by others.
B. Production and Distribution of Video and Audio Recordings This refers to industrial activities that produce, distribute, and screen films and broadcast programs, or provide post-production services related to film production such as film processing and dubbing, as well as activities involving the production of original plates and publication of audio recordings, such as sound recordings.
C. Broadcasting Business This refers to industrial activities that transmit broadcast programs, such as radio and television, via various transmission methods including terrestrial, wired, and satellite.
D. Video and Audio Provision Services: Refers to industrial activities that provide streaming services related to video (movies, etc.), music, and audio.
E. Telecommunications Refers to industrial activities that provide communication services for transmitting, receiving, or delivering various types of information, such as voice, data, text, and video, via wired, wireless, and other electronic methods. F. Computer Programming, System Integration, and Management: Refers to industrial activities that integrate and build computer systems, and industrial activities that primarily provide technical services related to the management and operation of computer systems. G. Information Services: Includes industrial activities that provide information processing, hosting services, and online information provision services. It also includes activities that provide other information services, such as news provision.
