What 38.322 includes

• Operation of hazardous waste treatment facilities
• Treatment and disposal of toxic live or dead animals and other contaminated waste
• Incineration of hazardous waste
• Disposal of end-of-life goods such as refrigerators to destroy hazardous waste
• Treatment, disposal and storage of radioactive nuclear waste including:
• Treatment and disposal of radioactive waste for decay storage, i.e. waste that decays during the transport period, from hospitals
• Encapsulation, preparation and other treatment of radioactive nuclear waste for storage
• Permanent underground storage of waste in a deep geological cavity, such as a salt or potash mine
• Storage of bound carbon dioxide (CO2)
