What 43 includes

• This division encompasses specialized activities (specialized trades) in building construction and civil engineering, along with their corresponding preparatory work. Generally, these are specialized activities that are performed on a variety of structures and require specific skills or equipment. Specialized construction work is typically carried out by subcontractors on behalf of a contractor whose activities fall under divisions 41 or 42. Maintenance work is generally performed without subcontractors.
