What 64.3 includes

• This group includes legal persons, which have been created to securities or other financial assets on behalf of shareholders and shareholders, or beneficiaries, to summarize, to manage or manage. The Portfolios are tailored to the needs of the clientele that specific investment are fulfilled characteristics (e.g., diversification, risk, rate of return and price volatility). These units generate income in the Form of interest, dividends and other property income, but have little or no employment and no revenue from the sale of services.

What 64.3 excludes

• Activities of entities that generate income from the sale of goods or services. These types of entities are therefore classified according to their main activity in other parts of the Classification of Business Activities (e.g., in Division 66 for fund management, in Division 68 for letting and leasing real estate, or in Division 77 for letting and leasing ships or aircraft);
• Conducting securitization transactions by issuing financial instruments, see 64.92.3;
• Securitization transactions relating to assets (other than loans) by issuing financial instruments, see 64.99.2;
• Trust funds, estate trusts, and escrow accounts generating income from the sale of goods and services, see relevant Classification of Business Activities subclasses according to their main activity.
