What M includes

• This section Includes activities of ownership, renting, buying, selling, and development of projects of construction or renovation of real property. It includes different types of real estate investors (for example, real estate investment companies, the real estate investment trusts (REITS), companies that manage real estate assets, the fund real estate, real estate development companies or dealers in real estate, the co-operatives housing).
• In addition, it includes the agents and/or brokers in one or more of the following areas: the sale or purchase of real property, the letting of immovable property, the provision of other real estate services (for example, the assessment of real property or function of escrow agent of real estate). The activities in this section may be placed on property owned by the company or rented, and can be performed for the account of third parties.
• This section also includes the development of building projects for buildings or civil engineering works belonging to the company, with a view to selling or renting a property later.
