What 56.11.1 includes

• Operation of restaurants with traditional table service
• Operation of traditionally served restaurants on means of transport and in transport facilities, provided they are operated by separate units that are not part of the transport undertaking;
• Operation of traditionally served restaurants in a hotel, provided they are operated by separate units that are not part of the hotel.

What 56.11.1 excludes
