What 56.11.3 includes

• Activities of food service establishments that have little or no seating and from which a narrowly defined range of food, with or without drinks, is sold for consumption on the premises or for takeaway: • Sausage stands and similar fast-food establishments • Snack bars
• Operation of takeaway restaurants in a supermarket, provided they are operated by separate units that are not part of the supermarket.

What 56.11.3 excludes

• Retail sale of food by vending machines, see group 47.2
• Operation of dining cars as an integral part of railway undertakings, see 49.11.0
• Mobile catering, see 56.12
• Catering for events, see 56.21.0
