What 11.03.Z includes

• Production of alcoholic beverages obtained by fermentation but without distillation: mead, sake, cider (cider), perry (pear wine) and other fruit wines,
• Production of raisin wine,
• Production of mixed fermented beverages and non-alcoholic beverages, not elsewhere classified,
• Production of fruit kefir and water kefir.

What 11.03.Z excludes

• Production of grape wines from fresh grapes, see 11.02.Z,
• Bottling and labeling, see 46.34.A, 46.34.B (if performed as part of wholesale trade), and 82.92.Z (if performed on a contract basis).
