What 10.11.Z includes

• Slaughter and processing of whales on land or on specialized vessels,
• Production of raw hides and skins from slaughterhouses (for example, by tanning and salting),
• Rendering and refining of edible lard and other edible fats of animal origin,
• Processing of animal offal,
• Production of raw wool from slaughterhouses.
